Tracey Gibbins is an accomplished professional in health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) management, currently serving as General Manager SHEQ at SEAWAY since July 2023. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Tracey has held key positions such as HSE-Q Manager APAC at BMS Heavy Cranes, OHS Manager ANZ CX at Cisco, and General Manager of People, Safety, Wellness and Quality at Coventry Group LTD. An expert in developing and implementing best practices across diverse regions, Tracey has contributed to improving safety cultures and compliance with international standards, notably ISO 45001. Tracey possesses a strong academic foundation, including a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration and Bachelor's degrees in Occupational Health & Safety, complemented by certifications in training and assessment. This extensive background serves to establish Tracey as a leader in promoting workplace safety and wellness initiatives on an international scale.
