Minhaj Md Rubaiat Alam is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in back-end development, software engineering, and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Back End Developer at SEB Embedded, Minhaj has led projects in the Banking-as-a-service domain while mentoring junior engineers. Prior to this role, Minhaj worked at Viaplay Group as a Senior Java Developer, focusing on content engineering and guiding technical decisions. Minhaj's tenure at Vizrt included various positions from Senior Software Engineer to Product Owner, where innovations in micro-service architecture and customized workflows were developed. As Chief Technology Officer at Third Horizon BD, Minhaj directed technology strategies and led cross-functional teams. Additionally, teaching experience as Guest Faculty at the Institute of Business Administration solidifies Minhaj's expertise in software development. Minhaj holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Dhaka, along with a certificate in Leadership and Change Management.
