Gunar Grummt has held various supply chain and management positions throughout their career. Gunar started as a Master Thesis student at BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group in 2009. Gunar then joined Procter & Gamble in 2009, where they worked in roles such as Customer Service Manager, Project Manager, Key Account Manager, eCommerce Supply Chain Manager, and Market Planning Team Leader. In 2019, Gunar joined Groupe SEB as the Director of Supply Chain for the DACH region, and later became the Vice President of Supply Chain for the EMEA region in 2021.
Gunar Grummt obtained a Diplomkaufmann degree (equivalent to Master of Business Administration) in Business Administration from Universität Mannheim in the period from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they pursued further studies in Business Administration at Universidad de Navarra from 2006 to 2007. Gunar Grummt also holds a certification in Change Management from ACMC Agence de Certification, which they obtained in 2021.
