Philippe Blanc has over 20 years of work experience in IT infrastructure design and management. Philippe currently works as the Head of IT Infrastructure Design at Groupe SEB since April 2020. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at bioMérieux, where they served as the Head of IS Infrastructure, Infrastructures Manager, Computing Services Manager, Applications Production Operations, and Architect. Philippe also worked as a Senior Consultant Database Specialist at Umanis, where they provided expertise in database architecture and optimization. Philippe started their career as a Database Administrator at Datamag and worked as a Developer at LDDI Informatique. Throughout their career, Philippe has managed global infrastructure, led server infrastructure teams, developed and implemented IT infrastructure strategies, and ensured alignment with global strategies. Philippe has also worked on cloud strategies, GDPR compliance, data management, and applications delivery.
Philippe Blanc attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2009 onwards, where they completed the Duke Leadership Program. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in Sciences, Technologies, Santé from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Philippe also holds additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Green belt from BioMérieux in 2012 and an Oracle Certified Professional Database Administrator certification from Oracle in 2003. Philippe also has an ITIL V2 Foundation certification.
