Stian Andreassen

Stian Andreassen is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Director of Corporate Finance at SEB since February 2025. Previously held the position of Investment Manager at Aker Horizons from June 2022 to February 2025. Stian's extensive experience at SEB also includes roles as Head of ECM Norway, Corporate Finance Vice President, Corporate Finance Associate, and Corporate Finance Analyst, focusing on East Coast shipping and offshore ECM, M&A transactions, and financial analysis. Stian began a career as an Investment Advisor at Finansco, refining expertise in wealth management and investment strategies, and initially served as a Trainee. Stian's finance foundation was established with a Bachelor's degree from BI Norwegian Business School and an exchange semester at HKUST Business School.
