Mike Willis

Mike Willis serves as the Vice Chair and Chairperson of the Regulatory Oversight Committee since January 2022, focusing on enhancing financial data reporting and risk monitoring across jurisdictions. With extensive experience at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since July 2015, Mike holds positions as Associate Director of the Office of Data Science and Innovation and Assistant Director of the Office of Structured Disclosure. Previously, Mike was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 30 years, and held membership roles in several influential organizations including XBRL International and Financial Executives International. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
