Janell Frazier has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Janell started their career at Simon Ladder Towers, Inc. in 1988 as a Payroll/AR Finance Assistant, where they were responsible for various financial tasks, including month-end close, payroll processing, and budgeting. In 1998, they joined High Company LLC as a Staff Accountant and later became a Senior Accountant. Their responsibilities included preparing financial statements, project costing, and management presentations. Since 2019, Frazier has been working at Sechan Electronics, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where they focus on reporting, budgeting, and analyzing job costs. Janell also supports annual financial audits and plays a direct role in working with the Project Management group.
Janell Frazier earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Lebanon Valley College, where they studied from 1989 to 1997. In 1998, they obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. Janell furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in the field of MBA at Lebanon Valley College from 1998 to 2001.
