January 25: Health Coach (fixed-term Contract)

We’re looking for Registered Nutritionists or Dietitians who are interested in joining our Talent Pool of Health Coaches to be employed on fixed-term contracts (between 15-27 weeks), and coach members on the Second Nature programme. As a member of our Talent Pool, we will keep you informed regularly about the next steps of your application when a position becomes available. After completing your first contract, there may be the opportunity to take on further contracts with us based on availability.

The role is 100% remote and you can work from anywhere in the UK. We also offer flexible working hours, meaning that you can fit this around other responsibilities and do the school run, or a workout during the day!

The Role

One of the critical components of the Second Nature programme is the Health Coach, who supports and guides our members in making sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes. Our health coaching is delivered digitally, primarily through written communication, with additional support via voice notes and occasional calls. This allows for regular contact, enabling our coaches to support hundreds of members every step of the way.

We're looking to hire new Health Coaches on fixed-term contracts to deliver the Second Nature programme to people living with obesity and type 2 diabetes. The role involves supporting and communicating with members online via group chat and 1-1 chat, across a 12 week programme - for various NHS contracts and our Vitality Health partnership.

After fulfilling at least 1 contract, there may be the opportunity to get involved with coaching our medication-supported programme.

As part of the role, you may also be asked to support with calls that support member experience and engagement.
