Mohammed Saifudeen Farookhi is a Technical Consultant at SecPod since 2022. Prior to this, they were a DevOps Consultant and Incident Manager at Tech Mahindra from 2016. As a DevOps Consultant, they were responsible for understanding customer requirements from RFPs or bids and drafting appropriate DevOps solutions in Word Document or Powerpoint presentations, preparing DevOps solution, efforts estimation, bought out cost sheets, implementation plan for proposal to customer, and providing solutions for an E2E organization Digital Transformation, a CICD pipeline implementation for a product Delivery, implementation of point solutions such as tools installation or automation of specific process areas like planning, deployment, release, etc. As an Incident Manager, they were responsible for L2 Support engineer for Incident Management, interaction with client, application users, and L3 team, manual testing of applications after implementing periodical upgrades and fixes to the tools, and resolving issues related to Bank statement flows from Banks to Treasury / middleware to SAP FI module.

Mohammed Saifudeen Farookhi completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Jerusalem College of Engineering in Chennai, India between 2012 and 2016.
