Veerendra GG

Veerendra GG began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., StillSecure, and Marlabs Inc. In 2008, they joined SecPod Technologies as a Security Research Analyst, where they were responsible for vulnerability research and analysis, developing IDS/IPS signatures on various protocols, exploits, file formats, and web applications. Veerendra was later promoted to Senior Security Analyst, Technical Lead - Security Research, Technical Manager - Security Research, and Sr. Technical Manager - Security Research & Content. In their most recent role as Director - InfoSec & Security Research, their main responsibilities included malware analysis, IoC, IoA rule development, review & release, creating various automation tools in Python, and leading, mentoring, and managing a team of security researchers.

Veerendra GG completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Bagalkot and Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2002 and 2006.
