Natalie Ness

Natalie Ness, CSRP, AIC, AINS, SE, currently serves as a Subrogation Representative at SECURA Insurance, having progressed through roles including Multi Line Claims Representative and Claims Associate since joining in April 2018. Prior to this, Natalie worked at ADVOCAP as a YouthBuild Oshkosh Case Manager, providing support to at-risk youth, and as a PASS Community Services Specialist, assisting clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Natalie's early experience includes an internship at the LGBTQ Resource Center at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and various roles in customer service at Outback Steakhouse, where excellence was recognized through multiple awards. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Social Justice from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, graduating Cum Laude in January 2014.
