Karan Dua is the Chief Financial Officer at SecureAuth, where he is responsible for the company’s global general and administrative function which includes accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and legal. Dua is an accomplished finance executive and brings over 20 years of corporate and operational finance experience across the technology industry. During his career, Dua has worked with public, venture capital-backed, and private equity-backed high-growth technology companies. Prior to SecureAuth, Dua worked at PlanGrid (acquired by Autodesk) where he scaled the finance function to support the Company’s hyper revenue growth. He also worked at YuMe ($170M revenue public company) where he focused on transforming operations in a number of key business functions. Karan also brings valuable experience working for Big 4 accounting firms PwC and Ernst & Young, where he focused on publicly traded and start-up technology companies. Karan has an MBA from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California.
