Cosmin Popescu

Cosmin Popescu is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service management and technical support. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Developer at Secureworks since June 2018, Cosmin has also held positions as a Linux System Administrator, Senior Desktop Support Analyst, and Desktop Support Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Support Engineer L3 at Stefanini and as a Senior Order Specialist at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions), where skills in problem-solving and customer interaction were honed. Cosmin holds a Licentiate degree in Management from Universitatea Creştină Dimitrie Cantemir (2019-2022) and completed a high school education focused on Mathematics and Computer Science at Colegiul Tehnic Edmond Nicolau (2008-2012).
