Daniel Foster

Daniel Foster is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical writing and client service management. Currently serving as a Technical Writer and Account Service Management Sr Analyst at Secureworks since November 2013, Daniel has demonstrated a commitment to client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. Previous experience includes a role as a Security Services Team Specialist, where Daniel managed client interactions and mentored new hires. Prior to Secureworks, Daniel held a managerial position at Thomas J Fox Enterprises, overseeing teams and developing training documentation.
