Glen Andrews

Glen Andrews has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as Senior Manager of I.T. Security at SecureWorks since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing early warning systems for evolving cyber threats for a diverse client base. Prior to this role, Glen held various positions at All Covered from May 2005 to August 2014, including Regional Director of Field Engineering, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of 97 IT professionals, and management of service delivery for over 375 clients. Previous roles also include Manager of Field Operations and Managing Client Operations Representative, which involved significant contributions to client loyalty programs, operational efficiency, and team development. Education was completed at SFTI in Trinidad.
