Jonathan Watts

Jonathan Watts has extensive experience in network and security management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Secureworks since June 2013, focusing on the XDR platform and security solutions. Prior to this, Jonathan held various roles, including Network Security Advisor/Team Lead at Secureworks, Senior Network Administrator at Kemira, and Network Manager at Capgemini, where responsibilities encompassed network operations, server management, and ITIL implementation across North America. Earlier experience includes positions at Kemira, GE Capital ITS, and Beers / SKANSKA Construction Co., providing a solid foundation in IT support, system engineering, and project management. Jonathan holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
