Warren is responsible for several enterprise functions, including financial management, business development (including mergers and acquisitions), risk management, corporate actuarial, auditing, tax, reinsurance and procurement.
As a member of the company’s Strategy and Risk councils, he provides executive leadership for strategic planning and risk management, and he is the executive in charge of Securian Financial’s Audit Committee.
Warren serves on the boards of Minnesota Life Insurance Company, Securian Life Insurance Company, Securian Ventures, Inc. (president), Asset Allocation and Management Company and Allied Solutions, which are all affiliates of Securian Financial Group, Inc.
