Prior roles include Manager of Security at Samsung R&D Institute India and Regional Security Account Manager at Securitas India. Madhu has a comprehensive background in loss prevention, business continuity, threat assessment, compliance audits, and investigations into security breaches and ethical violations. Educational qualifications include an MPhil in Psychology from Annamalai University, a Master's Degree in Counseling & Psychotherapy from IIPM, and an MSc in Psychology from Madras University.
