Jody Dierickx-Hayek earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Jody later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Drake University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, Jody obtained a certificate in Data Analytics from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
