Shannon Wagner has a strong background in finance and compliance. Shannon started their career in 2010 at Security Benefit, where they held various roles including SOX Compliance Director and AVP, MAR Compliance. In 2014, Shannon joined Life Patterns, Inc. as the CFO.
Shannon Wagner obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Washburn University, completing their education from 1988 to 1993. Following their degree, Shannon pursued additional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA in April 2007, Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from IIA in June 2008, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from IIA in August 2010, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from ACFE in February 2012, and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from AICPA in August 2012.
