Melissa Medley

Melissa Medley, MJ-LEL, SPHR, CCEP, currently serves as the AVP of HR Policy, Systems & Programs at Security Service Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities include leading HR compliance, systems, and analytics while managing and auditing compliance programs. Previous roles at Security Service Federal Credit Union include Senior Manager of HR Policy, Program and Systems, Human Resources QA & Policy Manager, and various human resources generalist positions. Melissa's earlier experience includes a temporary recruiter role at Firstmark Credit Union and a human resources generalist position at Mercury Insurance, where support was provided to over 150 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Oglethorpe University.
