Nitesh's earlier role as Assistant Manager Strategic Sourcing at Mahindra & Mahindra involved sourcing raw materials and managing vendor relationships for the automotive and farm product portfolio, utilizing data analytics for material cost reduction. Nitesh began the career as a Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on monitoring critical vehicle concerns. Nitesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and completed high school at Holy Angels Junior College.
