Bob Ricca

Bob Ricca, CSPO, currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Design at Securonix since June 2025. Prior to this role, Bob held a similar position at ThreatQuotient, where responsibilities included building the product design function and delivering an enterprise threat intelligence platform. As a UX and Career Services Mentor at Designlab, Bob has guided over 250 UX professionals globally, supporting them in securing roles at top companies. Bob's extensive experience includes roles at various organizations, from UX Designer to Adjunct Professor at Philadelphia University, and a solid foundation in web design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, earning a Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Multimedia.
