Nadine Chakar

Nadine Chakar serves as the Global Head of DTCC Digital Assets as of January 2023, overseeing the acquisition of Securrency, a leader in tokenization and digital infrastructure. Previously, Nadine Chakar held multiple leadership roles at State Street from April 2019 to January 2023, including Head of State Street Digital, focusing on the transition of financial services into the digital economy, and Head of Global Markets, where risk management and compliance were prioritized across various committees. Prior to State Street, Nadine Chakar was the Global Head of Operations & Data at Manulife Investment Management, leading a significant redesign project, and held executive positions at BNY Mellon and ABN AMRO Mellon, where substantial growth and integration initiatives were executed. Nadine Chakar's career commenced at State Street Bank as a Global Operations Financial Auditor after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University.
