Christian Benedict Canda has extensive work experience in revenue management and eCommerce. Christian Benedict started their career in 2006 as a Marketing Services Manager at Edsa Shangri-la, Manila. Christian Benedict then moved on to various roles within the hotel industry, including Revenue Manager and Reservations and Revenue Manager. In 2010, they worked as a Manager - Yield Management at Star Cruises. Christian Benedict joined El Nido Resorts, Seda Hotels, and AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corporation in 2012, where they held the position of Group Director of Revenue and eCommerce.
Christian Benedict Canda's education history began in 1999 when they enrolled in the University of the Philippines, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. Christian Benedict successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2003.
In 2007, Canda attended eCornell University and obtained a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management, further expanding their knowledge in this field.
More recently, Canda has been attending the Asian Institute of Management, specializing in Business Analytics. Although the start year for this program is not specified, it can be inferred that they are currently pursuing this degree and is expected to graduate in 2023.
Additionally, Canda obtained the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) certification from the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in November 2017.
