Alexandra has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural communications and Business cooperation from Moscow Humanitarian University. Alexandra has a strong background in leading ethical audits, managing compliance and issue remediation, developing ethical frameworks, and analyzing ethical data to identify trends and themes in responsible sourcing and social impact. Alexandra has also worked in customer service and duty management roles.
