Cath joined Sedgman in 2019 and is responsible for the business support functions, including health safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ), People, and Communications. Cath has held various HSEQ senior management and technical roles with over 20 years of experience across the mining, construction, and manufacturing sectors. She has a proven track record for delivering strong and sustainable gains in workplace health and safety globally.
Prior to joining Sedgman, she was Global Director of HSE at ESCO Corporation and was responsible for health, safety, and environment functions across 23 countries. Cath has previously held roles at Thiess and the Thiess Sedgman Joint Venture.
Cath holds a Master of Health Science in Health, Safety and Environment (University of Queensland), Post Graduate Diploma of Health, Safety and Environment (University of Queensland), and Bachelor of Business Management (James Cook University).
