Diane Boyden

Diane Boyden is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic planning. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously holding titles such as Senior Vice President Operations and Vice President Operations at Sedgwick since June 2011, Diane has successfully driven business transformations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to Sedgwick, Diane worked at Nationwide Insurance from May 2006 to July 2011 in various roles, including AVP, Operations Nationwide Better Health, where oversight included a significant direct and indirect report team. Diane's strategic expertise is demonstrated through effective management of the strategic planning process and execution of initiatives that align business performance with financial outcomes. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University.
