Terri Smith

Terri Smith has over 27 years of experience in the insurance and managed care industry. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services Managed Care at Sedgwick since September 2008, Terri has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of Training, Director of Client Services, Client Services Manager, Performance Manager, and Claims Team Lead. Prior to Sedgwick, Terri worked at AIG as a Claims Specialist from April 2005 to August 2008 and began a career at Associated Loggers Exchange ID as a Claims Representative from July 1996 to April 2005.
