John has held various management positions at Seed Company, Sun Microsystems, FDC Technologies, IBM, and Dell. Lamphear has experience in leading project teams, managing IT staff, implementing cost-saving measures, and driving technological innovation. Additionally, John has attended MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the US Army Signal Corp for their education.
