Justin Ferdman has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Justin began their career in 2015 as a Sales Executive II at MSDSonline and worked there until 2017. In 2017, Justin joined VIPKID as an English Teacher and also worked as an ESL Teacher at Full Knowledge - Centro de Idiomas from 2017 to 2019. Justin then transitioned to FactoryFix in 2020, where they held the positions of Business Development Representative and Training & Development Manager. Justin's most recent role was at Seed Talent, where they served as the Operations Manager from October 2021 to May 2022, Head of Sales from May 2022 to the present, and is currently serving as the Head of Accounts.
Justin Ferdman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication & Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, Justin Ferdman earned a Certificate in TEFL / TESOL from the International TEFL Academy.
