Matt B. has extensive experience in the field of information technology and consulting. Matt is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Seed Talent, where they oversee all technical operations and provides guidance for new initiatives and product development. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Vice President of Technology Services at Instant Alliance, where they established and grew a technology-first consulting division. Matt also served as the Director of Information Technology at Instant Technology, spearheading efforts in their technology consulting division. Matt has experience working with Fortune 500 organizations and developing IT strategies to meet their needs. Additionally, they have worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Allstate, where they developed long-term human capital and technology strategies. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Senior Recruiter at Robert Half Technology and held various roles at INXPO, including Corporate Trainer and Associate Producer. Matt also has experience in education as a Resident Assistant at Carthage College and as a Group Counselor/Team Leader at Bremen Youth Services.
Matt B. attended Victor J. Andrew High School from 2001 to 2005. Matt then obtained a degree in Communications & Digital Media from Carthage College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
