Laura Martinez Celada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, client growth, and leadership within the travel and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Clients & Growth at The Hotels Network since August 2015, Laura focuses on enhancing hotels' direct channels through data-driven tools. In addition, Laura holds mentoring responsibilities at SeedRocket and serves as an EMEA Hive Board Member for Women in Travel Thrive, advocating for gender equality in the travel industry. Previously, Laura co-founded Knok, a home-exchange community, and held various roles including Account Director at Duplex Marketing and Product Manager at Storck Ibérica. Academically, Laura has completed executive education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Valladolid, along with an Erasmus degree in International Marketing from Loughborough Business School.
