Lara Mcleod

Lara McLeod serves as the Inclusion, Equity & Belonging Business Lead at Robinhood, where strategies and initiatives are developed to create a more inclusive workplace. Lara contributes to the legal field as a Staff Editor for the Catholic University Law Review, analyzing legal articles and writing legal notes. In previous roles, Lara has held significant positions in various organizations, including Senior Consultant for DEI & Social Impact at Creer Un Espace, Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at FullStory, and Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Axon. Lara also has experience at Zillow and Microsoft in various DEI-focused roles, with teaching experience in social psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree, Lara holds a Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and has a robust educational background.
