Fermin H. is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Seedtag, Fermin focuses on the contextualization platform and practices servant leadership to empower the team. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Adevinta Spain, where Fermin managed three teams in cross-platform development; Cofounder and Engineering Manager at Devaway, supporting startups in building cross-functional teams; and Engineering Manager positions at Arex Markets and Eventbrite, overseeing developer integration and project management.
