Mr. Stites joined Seefried Properties in 2011 and brings over 25 years of experience in industrial development, leasing and finance. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for the development, construction, project management and acquisitions throughout the Texas Region, including the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Louisiana.
Throughout his career in industrial real estate, Mr. Stites has been involved in the development, leasing, and sale of over 36 million square feet of space in excess of $2.5 billion in total project value.
