Roy Ferman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1996, they joined Cutco Australia and quickly climbed the ranks to become the District Manager. During their time there, they oversaw the successful launch of four sales offices and focused on hiring and developing top sales representatives. In 2004, Roy joined Advanced Solutions International, where they served as the Business Development Manager, specializing in providing CRM tools to not-for-profit organizations. In 2005, Roy became the Director Of Sales, USA at Mobile Messenger, leading the expansion of the company into the US market. Roy played a crucial role in leveraging mobile media distribution channels and overseeing various aspects of sales and marketing. From 2008 to 2011, Roy was the CEO of Encore Ads, an online platform providing services like customer service, graphic design, and continuity billing for product sellers. Roy then moved on to become the CEO of Breakthrough Ads from 2011 to 2015, an online advertising agency specializing in landing page design and PPC for lead generation campaigns. Currently, Roy holds the position of CEO at Seek Business Capital, a company that provides funding to startups and early-stage business owners. Since its establishment in 2015, Seek Capital has funded over $700 million for small business owners.
Roy Ferman studied at Macquarie University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
