Aaron Stirton

Aaron Stirton is an experienced sales and customer success leader currently serving as the Head of Sales and Customer Success at Sourcr, a SEEK product, since July 2023. Stirton's tenure includes a progression from Sales Manager for the APAC region to overseeing operations at Sourcr, which supports over 1,500 agencies and 6,000 recruiters across multiple countries. Prior to Sourcr, Stirton worked at Sidekicker as Account Director and Senior Manager for Customer Operations, where responsibilities included enterprise account management and leading a national team in a newly formed industrial vertical. Aaron's career began at SEEK, where various roles spanned from sales support to Partner Success Lead, with a focus on driving go-to-market strategies and overseeing partner onboarding. Educational background includes studies at Swinburne University of Technology and Caulfield Grammar School.
