Haywood Ho

Haywood Ho is a seasoned operations and product management leader with extensive experience in the technology and online marketplace sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SEEK, Haywood focuses on building customer success teams to enhance customer retention and revenue growth in Singapore. Previously, Haywood held key roles at Carousell Group, including Group Product Manager for vertical categories and CEO of OneKyat, where significant growth was achieved in user numbers and revenue within Myanmar's classifieds marketplace. With a background in consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and engineering roles at Qualcomm and other tech companies, Haywood also holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
