Patrea Craig

Patrea Craig has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People Strategy & Enablement at SEEK since July 2017. In this role, Patrea leads strategy, annual planning, and portfolio management for the People & Culture Leadership Team, supporting the evolution and scalability of the broader function through targeted programs. Prior experience includes managerial roles in People Programs & Operations and Organisational Change at Deloitte Australia from July 2013 to July 2017, where Patrea developed expertise in leadership, talent, learning, employee experience, and organizational change. Patrea's earlier positions include HR Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at BAE Systems, Inc. and HR Consultant at christie&betro. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and Human Factors and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours), both from the University of Adelaide.
