Shen began a career in technology as a Research Scientist at CSIRO in late 2000, contributing to Artificial Intelligence research. Educational qualifications include a Certificate Program in Data Science in Real Estate from MIT, Startup Engineering from Stanford University, and dual degrees in Computer Science from Monash University.
