Troy Mcilvena is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Architecture and Principal Architect at SEEK since August 2017, Troy focuses on technology strategy and consumer product architecture across the Asia Pacific region for multiple businesses, including SEEK, JobsDB, and JobStreet. Prior to this role, Troy held senior positions at REA Group, Vapormedia, and Version Two Technologies, where significant contributions were made in mobile development and cloud infrastructure. Experience also includes a management role at AFL Publishing, where responsibilities encompassed business planning, software development, and team leadership. Troy began a career in technology as a Senior Software Engineer and earlier managed various roles at McDonald's. Troy holds a Bachelor of Computer Science in Software Development from Deakin University.
