Christina Schrade is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive leader with extensive experience in global development and social impact consulting. As the Managing Director of SEEK Development since January 2009, Christina founded a prestigious consulting group focused on strategy, organizational effectiveness, and advocacy in areas such as global health, climate, and gender equality. Prior to this, Christina held key positions at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, where responsibilities included leading strategic global initiatives and developing the organization's first strategy as a senior advisor. Christina's career also includes a role at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, overseeing international projects in strategy and organizational design.
