Prashant Poondla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting and organizational development. Currently serving as Practice Lead for Climate Change Adaptation, Agriculture and Water Resources at SEEK Development since January 2020, Prashant has also held multiple roles, including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Prashant spent over seven years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), progressing from Consultant to Project Leader, where contributions included leading teams, developing global strategies for clients, and enhancing operational efficiency. Notably, a year at Save the Children International as Change and Organisational Development Manager involved establishing performance mechanisms across multiple countries. Prashant’s academic foundation is a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
