Somya Mathur

Somya Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent solutions, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President, Head of Talent Solutions & Customer Success at SeekOut since April 2024, Somya is responsible for creating and implementing go-to-market strategies while building trusted customer relationships. Previous roles include Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Covetrus and various positions at Qualtrics, Talent Plus, Inc., Aon, Deloitte (both India and UK), IBM, Deutsche Bank, and the World Health Organization. Somya holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
