Kevin Alcock

Kevin Alcock has extensive experience working in various roles within the field of application security. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Application Security at Seequent. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal SecDevOps Engineer at DEFEND. Kevin also worked as a Senior Application Security Consultant at Datacom and served as the Director/Principal Consultant at Katipo Information Security Ltd. Kevin has experience as an IT Consultant and has held senior roles in application security engineering. Kevin also has a background in software development and management.

Kevin Alcock attended Christchurch Polytech from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Electronic Data Processing. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security in 2016, and various badges from PentesterLab such as the Unix Badge in 2020, PCAP badge in 2019, Essential Badge, Serialize Badge, and White Badge in 2017.
