Hadley Taylor is an experienced professional in energy policy and regulations, currently serving as the Programme Manager for Policy and Regulations at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) since March 2018. In this role, Hadley leads a team focused on developing and disseminating knowledge products related to energy access, providing targeted support to governments in Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Zambia. Previously, Hadley worked as an Associate Energy Access Specialist at SEforALL, leading the Electrification in Africa workstream. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where involvement in energy advisory services and support for the African Union Commission occurred. Additional experience includes consultancy at MicroEnergy International and early roles in legal assistance, political campaigning, and communications. Hadley holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Global Development Studies and Political Science from Queen's University.
