Kanika Chawla

Kanika Chawla serves as the Chief of Staff at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) since January 2021, demonstrating extensive experience in energy policy and management. Prior to this role, Kanika held several positions at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) from September 2014 to November 2020, including Director of the Center for Energy Finance and Senior Programme Lead for Renewable Energy. Earlier experience also includes working as a Junior Policy Advisor at the Renewable Energy Policy Network for the 21st Century (REN21) and a Consultant for Responsible Investment at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Kanika Chawla earned a Master of Science in Economics and Development Economics from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University.
