Lolade Abiola is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy and climate, currently serving as the Principal Specialist at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) since April 2022. Abiola holds advisory roles at Odyssey Energy Solutions and the Nigerian Climate Innovation Center, having previously served as the Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc. Additionally, Abiola was instrumental in the implementation of the solar mini grid component for the Nigeria Electrification Project at the World Bank Group and led the Renewable Energy Department at the Rural Electrification Agency of Nigeria. With experience advising the Vice President of Nigeria on solar and access policies, Abiola has also coordinated key operations at Caverton Helicopters and managed significant renewable energy projects across Nigeria. Abiola holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and a BSc in Computer Science from King's College London.
