Shyam Sundar is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in various HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at SEG Automotive since August 2017, Shyam has previously held key roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager of HR at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities included managing HR for a new IT captive center and aligning business strategies with HR operations. Earlier roles include Zonal Human Resources Manager at Nicholas Piramal India Ltd., where Shyam managed recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management, and Assistant Manager of HR at Dorcas Market Makers Pvt Ltd., overseeing comprehensive HR functions.
